You agree not to use the Intelligence Platform to:
- Scraping: Scrape our data aggressively (use our official APIs or RSS feeds instead).
- Security Bypass: Attempt to bypass our security architecture or rate limiters.
- Illegal Exploitation: Use provided vulnerability data to conduct illegal exploitation. All data is for defensive research purposes only.
3 Disclaimer of Warranties
The threat intelligence is provided "AS IS". LubbCyper is an aggregator and cannot verify the absolute accuracy of every CVE, news article, or GitHub repository listed. We assume no liability for defensive actions taken based on our data feeds.
4 Intellectual Property
The proprietary aggregator engines, frontend SOC dashboard UI, and LubbCyper branding are intellectual property. Third-party news snippets and GitHub repository data remain the property of their respective original authors and licenses.
